I quit everything else, and just absolutely kill it running an amazing taco stand in my neighborhood. If I could offer low priced tacos in a clean place that are delicious, I could have non-stop business. It would be so simple and straightforward. I would have a five item menu and everyone would love it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">This fantasy comes from feeling overwhelmed in showbiz<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Seeing my business from the inside, my business is really complicated. I&#8217;m managing&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>daily work<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>relationships &#8211; professional and personal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>my past<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>my future<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>my energy<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>my time<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>my money<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>organizing stuff<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>automation \/ outsourcing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>passion<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>resting<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>When I chill with the fantasizing and pull back, I remember that a taco stand would still have all of these things. I realize that things feel complicated on the inside and simple when looking at a business from the outside. So, it&#8217;s helpful for me to look at and get help looking at my business from the outside. I am a taco stand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A taco stand is simple<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>When I quit all the awesome I&#8217;m doing and set up my taco stand, here&#8217;s all that I&#8217;ll have to deal with&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Making a delicious taco (value creation)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Setting up my stand and service (value delivery)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Make people want to buy and buy more (sales)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Put up signage and get yelp reviews (marketing)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Make sure I&#8217;m making enough money to sustain &amp; grow (finance)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>This is the simple template of every business. If I&#8217;m not seeing my business in this way, I&#8217;m not seeing my business clearly. I&#8217;m going to get overwhelmed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Take action : Get well rounded like a tortilla<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>rate each of the 5 things listed above for your business on a scale of one to ten.
