Days when I feel that I&#8217;m trying to walk ahead on perfect ice. Days when I feel that nothing&#8217;s really worth it. Days when it&#8217;s boring, or stressful beyond what i want. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is when I try to give myself a pat on the back. Grab a treat. Take a 30 min vacation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When I am feeling good about my stuff, I also want this reward. Consistency is what I&#8217;m aiming for. I want my people to feel that I&#8217;ll always show up for them. I&#8217;m not here for a trophy. I&#8217;m here to create regularly. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I deserve an &#8220;atta boy!&#8221; every time i try. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If i win an award or public accolade, I try to remind myself there were a lot of days involved in that. Surprisingly, this doesn&#8217;t damper the satisfaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Celebrating the work means solidness<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>I build my confidence<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>I focus on the right stuff<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>I have a more comforting and dependable life experience<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>I want to work more<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>I have a salve for painful moments<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>I get self-love<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>I can ignore the noise of perceived glory<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>I really needed to hear this today. I forgot it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Take action : cheer!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>physically pat yourself on the back<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Think of something you did today that you liked &#8211; even if it&#8217;s small<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>imagine a little graduation party for yourself<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>get back to work<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>There are days where it seems there&#8217;s no end in sight.
